Payment policy
  • A deposit of $250 per guest is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The balance payment must be completed 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation policy
  • The following cancellation terms apply to the tour's land arrangements, including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and services arranged by us:
  • Cancellations made 45 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of the tour amount.
  • Cancellations made 22–44 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the tour amount.
  • Cancellations made within 21 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • Amendments & Changes: We understand that travel plans may change. Requests for amendments to dates, names, or services will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability and any additional costs.
  • If confirmed hotels are unavailable due to amendments or last-minute changes, alternate accommodations of a similar standard will be provided.

Itinerary (6 days)

Day 1

ARRIVE IN CALGARY

Arrive at Calgary International Airport and proceed to the hotel by hotel shuttle. Please share your flight and contact details at least one week before departure for smoother coordination.

Hotel check-in is subject to the hotel's standard check-in time and availability. The hotel may ask for a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

In the evening, meet your tour director in the hotel lobby for introductions and a short briefing about the Canadian Rockies journey. Later, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant. Overnight stay in Calgary.

Day 2

CALGARY - JASPER / HINTON

After breakfast, begin your full-day scenic drive towards Jasper / Hinton. The route takes you through rolling foothills, mountain landscapes and the beautiful Canadian Rockies region.

Drive through Banff National Park and enjoy views of surrounding peaks, forests and valleys. Keep a lookout for wildlife such as elk, moose, mountain goats or bears, subject to local conditions and sightings.

Arrive in Hinton / Jasper area by evening. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant and overnight stay in Hinton or nearby area.

Day 3

JASPER - COLUMBIA ICEFIELD - BANFF / CANMORE

After breakfast, continue your journey through the Canadian Rockies on the Icefields Parkway, one of North America's most scenic mountain drives.

Stop at Athabasca Falls for a photo stop before proceeding to the Columbia Icefield Glacier Discovery Centre. Experience the Ice Explorer Glacier Adventure on the Athabasca Glacier, followed by the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform with views of the Sunwapta Valley and surrounding peaks.

If time permits, stop at Peyto Lake, known for its turquoise colour and mountain setting. Later continue towards Banff, with some free time to explore Banff town at your own pace. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant and proceed to Canmore for overnight stay.

Day 4

CANMORE - LAKE LOUISE - YOHO NATIONAL PARK - CANMORE

After breakfast, proceed towards Lake Louise, one of the most iconic sights in the Canadian Rockies. Spend time taking photographs and enjoying views of the glacier-fed lake surrounded by mountain peaks.

Continue to Yoho National Park, known for dramatic rock walls, waterfalls and mountain scenery. Visit Emerald Lake and take in its reflections of the surrounding peaks. Also visit Natural Bridge, where the Kicking Horse River has carved through solid rock.

If time permits, stop at Bow Falls near Banff. Later return to Canmore. Enjoy dinner at a local Indian restaurant and overnight stay.
