How booking works

Payment policy
  • A $750 deposit per guest is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.
Cancellation policy
  • The following cancellation terms apply to the tour's land arrangements, including hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and services arranged by us:
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a full refund of the tour amount.
  • Cancellations made 11–29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the tour amount.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • Cruise reservations are governed by the cruise line’s own payment and cancellation terms. Cruise deposits and cruise-related charges are non-refundable once booked, irrespective of the tour cancellation timelines above.
  • Confirmed hotels may be substituted if unavailable, in which case comparable alternative accommodation will be provided.

  • Airport transfers on private basis (arrival in New York, departure from Buffalo, arrival & departure in Orlando, arrival in Las Vegas, departure from San Francisco).
  • Round trip private transfers to/from Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal from/to Orlando.
  • Guided sightseeing tours and admission tickets as per itinerary. Includes admission to Theme Parks.
  • Professional bilingual tour director (not available on Days 7-13); expert Tour Manager for groups 15+, or bilingual driver-guide for smaller groups.
  • Travel by deluxe air-conditioned coach / minibus / van (vehicle size based on group strength).

  • International and domestic/internal flights. Tour requires an internal flight from Buffalo (BUF) to Orlando (MCO) on Day 7, and an internal flight from Orlando (MCO) to Las Vegas (LAS) on Day 14.
  • Cost of Bahamas Cruise (the 3-Night Royal Caribbean Cruise to the Bahamas departs on Fridays from Port Canaveral, and must be booked separately)

Itinerary (20 days)

Clear day-wise flow so you can understand the pace.

Day 1

ARRIVE IN NEW YORK - TIMES SQUARE

Arrive at JFK or LGA airport. After collecting your luggage, contact your driver using the number provided on your voucher and proceed to the designated meeting point for your complimentary transfer to Manhattan. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in after 4 p.m.; if you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage with the bell desk and explore the vibrant sights of Times Square.

Meet your tour director at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the tour. Spend some time at Times Square before enjoying a sumptuous dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Enjoy more time at Times Square on your own before returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

NEW YORK CITY SIGHTSEEING

After a delicious breakfast at an Indian restaurant, go on a City Tour of New York with an experienced tour guide. The drive-by tour covers the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Organization, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel at Hudson Yards, and Brooklyn Bridge, with planned photo stops at key attractions.

Visit SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, one of Manhattan's most impressive observation experiences, for sweeping views of the Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, Central Park, and the New York skyline. Enjoy its mirrored rooms, glass skybox experience, and unique views high above Midtown Manhattan.

In the evening, board the ferry for a visit to the Statue of Liberty. Enjoy views of New York Harbor and the Manhattan skyline before arriving at Liberty Island. Spend time exploring the island and seeing the Statue up close. Later, return to Manhattan and proceed to an Indian restaurant for dinner.

Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3

SHOPPING - PHILADELPHIA - WASHINGTON D.C

Commence your day with a flavorful breakfast at an Indian restaurant. Afterwards, venture to The Mills at Jersey Gardens, an expansive shopping destination comprising over 200 stores, offering an array of shopping choices. Embrace the flexibility to enjoy a diverse range of dining options for lunch in the mall's food court, catering to various tastes and preferences.

Depart for Philadelphia (2 hours). Upon arrival, embark on an engaging guided city tour. Visit Independence Hall and view the iconic Liberty Bell, then enjoy a scenic drive along Benjamin Franklin Parkway and charming Elfreth's Alley, with photo stops at notable landmarks as your expert guide blends fascinating history with lively commentary.

Drive to Washington D.C (3.5 hours). Enjoy a sumptuous dinner en route at an Indian restaurant before checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Washington D.C.

Day 4

WASHINGTON D.C SIGHTSEEING - HARRISBURG

Begin your expert guided city tour of Washington DC with a visit to The People's House: A White House Experience, an interactive exhibit offering an inside look at the history and significance of the White House and the presidency. Continue with guided stops at the World War II Memorial and Lincoln Memorial, then enjoy exterior views and photo opportunities at both the White House and the U.S. Capitol Building.

Visit the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, a prestigious museum that holds the world's most extensive collection of natural history specimens and human artifacts including the remains of dinosaurs and tools used by early man.

Drive to Harrisburg (2.5 hours). Enjoy a sumptuous dinner en route at an Indian restaurant before checking in to the hotel.
