1. Who we are

“OpenWinds”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the OpenWinds Tours travel team based in India. This website provides information about global group tours and related services that we can help you arrange offline. The actual travel services are delivered by third-party suppliers (for example, airlines, visa processors, insurers, hotels, and local/destination tour operators).

2. Website is informational only

The content on this website (including itineraries, inclusions, images, and prices) is provided for general informational purposes. Tours, flight schedules, visa rules, and supplier terms change frequently. We may update the website at any time, and information may be out of date between updates.

3. Enquiries and offline booking

Clicking a WhatsApp button or otherwise contacting us creates an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us and you accept the final quote and terms shared offline (for example via WhatsApp/email), including any supplier-specific rules (cancellation/change policies, baggage rules, hotel terms, etc.). If there is a conflict between this website and your offline confirmation/itinerary/quote, the offline documents will control.

4. Prices, inclusions, and availability

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be per person and/or based on assumptions (such as travel dates, room sharing, flight availability, exchange rates, taxes, and supplier inventory). Final pricing and availability are confirmed only in the offline quote. Unless explicitly stated in your offline confirmation, inclusions do not cover personal expenses, optional activities, tips, excess baggage, or costs caused by delays or changes outside our control.

5. Visas and immigration decisions

Visa and immigration approvals are decided by the relevant authorities, not by OpenWinds. We can assist with guidance and documentation, but we do not guarantee visa approval, entry at the border, processing timelines, or appointment availability. Any fees paid to third parties or government bodies may be non-refundable.

6. Insurance

If travel insurance is recommended or arranged, the insurance policy is issued by the insurer and is subject to the insurer’s terms, exclusions, and claims process. You should review the policy wording carefully before purchase.

7. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Change/cancellation/refund rules depend on the specific suppliers and the offline booking terms shared with you. Many travel components (especially flights and visa fees) can be partially or fully non-refundable. Any refund timelines are dependent on suppliers and payment rails and may take time to process.

8. Third-party services and links

This website may reference third-party services (such as WhatsApp) or contain links to third-party sites. We do not control those third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law. You must not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the website content without our permission.
